• Your order will ship within 4 business days.
• Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.
• We ship to US addresses only. Rates are calculated at checkout based on box size and your delivery address.
• Every plant is hand-packed with care to travel well. We use sturdy boxes and protective wrapping suited to live tropical plants.
• You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Track your package anytime on our order lookup page.

Returns

Because we sell live plants, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, reach out through our contact page within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the plant and packaging so we can help.
