Terms of Service & Shop Policies
These terms apply to your use of the Tropical Plant USA website and purchases made through it. By using the shop or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Product availability and pricing may change. We may correct accidental listing, availability, or pricing errors before an order is fulfilled. A completed payment does not guarantee availability; if we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you about the available options.
Shipping
We ship live plants to US addresses only. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address. Orders are generally handed to the carrier within 4 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for current details.
Returns and order issues
Live plants cannot be returned because of a change of mind. If an order arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the plant and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law. Site content, branding, photographs, and product information may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.
